PA6

We provide a series of nylon solutions for direct injection molding, modification compounding, spinning, extrusion and film blowing processes by offering the complete range of nylon 6 (PA6) materials with viscosity ranges from 2.2 to 4.0

PA66

We provide a series of nylon solutions for injection molding, modification compounding, spinning, extrusion and film blowing processes by offering the complete range of nylon 66 (PA66) materials.

ABS

ABS is an ideal thermoplastic material wherever superlative surface quality, colorfastness and luster are required. It is extremely cost-effective for components with stringent service requirements, or where there is weight-saving potential. The natural material is normally an opaque ivory colour and is readily coloured with pigments or dyes. Transparent grades are also available.

Polycarbonate (PC) is one of the most widely used engineering thermoplastics because of its good transparency, excellent toughness, thermal stability and a very good dimensional stability. It can maintain rigidity up to 140°C and toughness down to -20°C. Its thermally resistant is up to 135°C and rated as slow burning.

PA6+GF

Glass fibre reinforced PA6 material has the advantages of higher rigidity, higher mechanical strength, a high degree of hardness and toughness, higher creep strength compare to the original nylon base material. It also come with very high dimensional stability, good fatigue strength and high mechanical damping property. PA6 + GF material is suitable for use in parts which are exposed to high static loads over long periods of time in high temperature conditions.

PA66+GF
